The spark of mystery and suspense
My fascination with writing began years ago during a tour of the grounds of the abandoned Marlboro Psychiatric Hospital. Stepping onto that historic site awakened a vivid imagination, conjuring haunting questions and untold narratives about what might have transpired behind those walls. Fueled by a lifelong passion for intrigue, I began turning that atmospheric curiosity into captivating fiction that explores hidden truths and the complexity of human choices.
Strength through words and healing
In 2019, life took an unexpected turn when I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Lung Cancer. Today, I am grateful to live Without Evidence of Disease, a milestone made possible by groundbreaking immunotherapy treatment. Throughout that dark and challenging chapter, writing was my sanctuary and steady anchor, giving me the resilience to endure and a profound gratitude for every chapter of life.
Life beyond the written page
When I am not immersed in developing characters and untangling plotlines, you will often find me tending to my garden, expressing myself through painting, or following political discussions. Through all my creative work, my deepest hope is that readers feel a meaningful connection to my characters, finding reflections of their own hopes, struggles, and discoveries within the pages.
